I was recommended to this workshop by a coworker and it completely exceeded my expectations! If you are looking to walk away with how best to be a qualified superviser instead of just hearing about how to be a qualified supervsier then this is the class for you. I learned how to relate to my interns across life span of supervision, how to document our time together and how to help both them and my selves grow personally and clincially in the process. Excellent and well thought out training, Thank you Dr. Waltz!

I just want to say that this was an amazing training. This was my second Supervisor training by default. My 1st supervisor training was in a Lecture Hall with about 50 other supervisors in training. That type of training wasn’t very conducive to learning HOW to supervise. The difference between this training and the 1st training I attended was the individualized attention and the intimate interaction between Dr. Waltz and the session participants. I would highly recommend this training course if you are looking for a supervisor training where you will get more than your monies worth. Thank you Dr. Waltz for your level of professionalism and for your dedication to the field of Mental Health. I give this course 10 points, 5 stars, & 2 thumbs up.

I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in learning to be a certified supervisor. Dr. Waltz provided a hands-on learning experience that clearly outlined the ethical and morale responsibility of anyone interested in undertaking a supervisors role. Her workshop is designed in a manner that allows the participant to leave at the end of the second day with the confidence that they are prepared for the next step of providing supervision for others entering the field.
