Fees, Discounts, Cancellations, Refunds
FEES:
Pre-registrations are required. Advertised registration fees are valid until the day before the program. All fees paid at the door will require an additional fee whether or not a call or email indicating interest in a program has been received.
DISCOUNTED FEES:
Discounts may be allowed for three or more registrations submitted at the same time and with a single payment. Agencies sending more than 5 people may qualify for a special discount. Any discounts offered by mail or on our website will be applied to the appropriate registration fee according to the criteria for the discount. No discounts will be applied to payments made at the door. Occasionally you may find that a specific workshop location and date requires a different fee than our standard rates. This difference may be related to our agreement with a sponsoring agency.
PARTICIPANT REQUESTED CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFERS:
Your cancellation request must be in writing and be postmarked at least 15 days in advance of the beginning of the program to receive a refund minus a $25 administration fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made after this 15 day deadline. Instead of canceling, if space is available in another workshop, transfer of registration fees already paid can be made to the next training date for no additional fee. Transfer of a paid registration to an alternative participant is permitted for a $25 transfer fee.
ADA ACCOMODATION:

Bagels or muffins, fresh fruit salad, coffee, tea, snacks and all printed materials. Recording of your CEUs on www.CEBroker.com will be completed for you records of attendance maintained no less than sever years. One original CEU Certificate for your files. Duplicate CEU Certificates are $10.00.
