This workshop provides medical, substance abuse and mental health professionals with the required information to assist in identifying and assessing the needs and concerns of domestic violence victims. The workshop content is especially appropriate for clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and mental health counselors with a tool which allows them to incorporate an assessment of potential risks during an initial assessment process.
